Waterside owners and their families enjoy unfettered access to 500 feet of private shoreline and to our marina, which includes six electric jet-ski lifts and 28 boat slips, as well as out-your-door swimming and kayak opportunities.

With the introduction of the Waterside Sailing & Rowing Club in 2009, Waterside owners have the opportunity to enjoy sailing a J-24 racing sailboat and row on Whitehall Solo 14 rowboats just outside their front door.

Whether for high-speed aquatic action or a leisurely paddle, Waterside makes lake access as convenient as simply stepping outside. Dry storage services are available off the property.
