Co-developers McKee Associates of Denver and the Montana-based Peak Development, headed by Matt Waatti, have combined their respective backgrounds to create Flathead Lake's most engaging waterside resort. For the past 15 years, McKee Associates has been designing and operating residential communities across the Front Range of Colorado, and Peak Development is well respected for their work in commercial and residential projects throughout Montana & the Flathead Valley.

Headquartered in Denver, architect Obermeier Sheykhet is an industry forerunner whose work can be enjoyed in Vail, Aspen and Beaver Creek, among other mountain hotspots.

Together, the team has married the height of esthetics, quality and functionality for the residents of Waterside.
